How far in advance should I book?

One to two weeks is comfortable most of the year. For the August 1 and August 15 Madison turnover weeks, book three to four weeks out — those dates fill first.

Is there a deposit?

No deposit for standard residential rentals. You pay for the package at delivery, and that's it.

What if I need the totes longer?

Extensions are easy. Tell us before your scheduled pickup and we'll add a week at a prorated rate instead of charging a late fee.

Are the totes clean?

Accepted Answer

Every tote is wiped down and sanitized between rentals. If one shows up looking rough, tell us and we'll swap it out.

What happens if a tote breaks?

Normal wear is on us. Genuinely destroyed totes are billed at replacement cost, which is rare — these are commercial containers, not storage-aisle bins.

Do you deliver outside Madison?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Middleton, Fitchburg, Sun Prairie, Verona, Waunakee, Monona, and most of Dane County are in range. Farther out, just ask.

What are the delivery windows?

We deliver in two-hour windows between 8 AM and 8 PM, seven days a week. Same- and next-day delivery is often available.

Do I need to be home?

For most drop-offs, no. Plenty of customers have us leave totes in a garage, porch, or building storage room. Just tell us where.
