When you submit a reservation or an inquiry form, we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number, pickup and delivery addresses, move dates, package choice, and any notes you add.

Our reservation forms currently open your own email program with the details filled in, so your message reaches us as an ordinary email from your address. We also receive standard technical information any website receives, such as your browser type and the pages you view.

We use your information to arrange and complete your tote rental: confirming your delivery window, routing our driver, following up about pickup, and answering questions you send us.

If you ask us to, we may also contact you about a future move or a promotion. Tell us to stop at any time and we will.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent or trade contact lists. We do not share your details with advertisers.

A few service providers handle information on our behalf so the business can operate: our website host, our email provider, and — if you pay by card — our payment processor. They only receive what they need for their part and may not use it for their own purposes.

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to do so.

We keep reservation records for as long as we need them for scheduling, service history, and normal business and tax records. Inquiries that never turn into a rental are cleared out once they are no longer useful.

We use a small number of cookies to keep the site working and to understand which pages people use. The details, including how to turn them off, are in our cookie policy.

Email hello@madcitytotes.com and we will tell you what we have on file, correct it, or delete it. You can also decline cookies through your browser settings; the site still works.

This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If our practices change, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
